大樹腳料粉Noodles Tree

After work on Friday, I came with my colleagues to try out something new. It has been open for a week. The boss is two Mala girls. The price is £12.5 per bowl, which is not particularly cheap, but it is worth it to add £1 & £1.8 for drinks and sweet soup. Tried snail noodles, laksa, ice lemon tea, peach gum, and mango sago. It was my first time to eat snail noodles. The soup base was quite special, sour and spicy, and there was a fragrance. The owner said it was bamboo shoots. The laksa tasted good. I personally think it is better than the Mala shop in the city center. I couldn’t stand the fishy smell last time. The rice noodles were chewy👍 and the most important thing is that the two soup bases are hot enough, which meets my important requirement for eating soup noodles. The ingredients are generally ok, and the bean curd skin and tofu are surprises. You must dip them in the soup before eating😋 The ice lemon tea and sweet soup are ok, and the peach gum is quite enough, not too sweet, just right for me.
